قصيدة في أهمية علم النحو
قالَ أَبو عمرو الدَّاني في شَرحِ الـخَاقَانيَّـة :
كَتبتُ مِن حِفظِ أبي بَكرٍ مُحمَّدِ بنِ عليِّ بنِ أحمدَ الأُذفويِّ المقرئِ قالَ : أُنشدنا لِـعَليِّ بنِ حَمزةَ الكِسائيِّ ـ الإمام ـ رحمهُ الله تعالَى :
إِنَّمـا النَّحْـوُ قِياسٌ يُـتَّـبَـعْ ** وبِه فـي كُلِّ عِلمٍ يُنـتَـفَـعْ
فَإِذا مَا أَبصَرَ النَّحوَ الفَتَى ** مَرَّ في المنطقِ مَـرًّا وَاتَّسَـعْ
وَاتَّــقاهُ كُلُّ مَــن جالَــسَهُ ** مِن جَليسٍ نَاطِقٍ أَوْ مُستَمِعْ
وَإِذا لَـمْ يُبصِرِ النَّحْـوَ الفَـتَى ** هَابَ أَنْ يَـنطِقَ حِينًا فَانقَمَـعْ
فَـتَـرَاهُ يَنْـصِبُ الرَّفْـعَ و مَـا ** كَانَ مِن خَفْضٍ وَ مِن نَصبٍ رَفَعْ
وَإِذَا حَرْفٌ جَــرَى إِعــرَابُه ** صَعُبَ الحرفُ عَليهِ وَامْتَـنَعْ
يَقرأُ القُــرآنَ لَا يَعـرِفُ مَـا ** صَرَّفَ الإِعْرابُ فِيهِ وَمَـنَـعْ
يَـحْـذَرُ اللَّـحْـنَ إِذَا يَـقـــرَؤُهُ ** وَهْوَ لَايَدرِي وَفي اللَّـحْنِ وَقَعْ
يَلْـزَمُ الذَّنـبُ الَّذي أَقْــرأَهُ ** وَهْوَ لَا ذَنْبَ لَهُ فِيمـا اتَّـبَـعْ
وَالَّذي يَـعْــرِفُـــهُ يَـقـرَؤُهُ ** فَإِذَا مَا شَكَّ فِي حَرْفٍ رَجَعْ
نَاظِـرًا فِيـهِ وَفِي إِعْــــرَابِهِ ** فَإِذَا مَا عَرَفَ الحَـقَّ صَدَعْ
وَكَذا لِلْعِلْمِ وَالـجَـهْلِ فَـخُذْ ** مِـنْـهُما مَا شِئْتَ مِن أَمرٍ وَدَعْ

Assalaamu ‘alaikum Brothers and Sisters,
I would like to reply to some questions posted above.
(I may quote posted question here - Bismillah arRahman arRahim - I doubt there are any English-speaking Muslims that have pursued the path of learning Arabic(fus-ha) and have not heard of the “Madina Books” or it’s author Dr. V. Abdur Rahim. Yet, to my surprise, I had some difficulty trying to find any biographical information about the man behind the books. In my search I came across a few things which I might post later, but for now lets just stick with the biography. I tried finding his first name but haven’t found it yet, if anyone knows let me know, insha’Allah.)
Before that, I wish to share some very good news:
The respected Shaykh of Arabic, the renowned Scholar Dr. V. Abdur Rahim, has set up his own blog-site to teach Arabic.
Currently, the Shaykh is teaching Arabic through:
Qur’aan
Hadiith
Arabic Poetry
Grammar duruus.

The letter ” Faa ” is the transliteration of the letter ” V ” in Arabic. This is because there is no letter ” V ” in Arabic so they write ” F ” to represent it.
Those who wish to contact the respected Shaykh can do so directly through his blog-site. The site accepts comments from visitors and the Shaykh receives a copy of the messages and comments. If needed, the Shaykh will reply to the comment through the administration of the site.
In any case, comments will be responded to by his administration.
May Allaah bless our Shaykh and preserve him.
Allaah – subHaanahu – has given us a great bounty and mercy by placing this Shaykh in our midst to teach us non-Arabs and Arabs, the language of Qur’aan, and to do so with the depth, insight, knowledge that is SaHiiH (authentic) that is cgaracteristic of an ‘Alim (Schloar) and last but not least, to learn without fears and tears, wa l-Hamdu lillaah.

Demand for Arabic University
Demand for Arabic University
Various programmes marked the celebration of International Arabic Day at the Rouzathul Uloom Arabic College, Feroke.
Scholars from Arabian countries attended the three-day festivities that concluded on Monday.
A meeting held on the occasion demanded that an Arabic University be set up in the State for promotion of the Arabic language.
Ahmed Salem Al Wahishi, Arab League Ambassador to India, inaugurated the celebrations. Dr. Wahishi called upon the educated classes for translation of Arabic and Indian works.
K.V. Kunhammed Koya, president of the Rouzathul Uloom Association, presided over the function. P.K. Ahamed, president of the college committee, gave away the prizes to the toppers of the university examinations and winners of literary competitions.
Saqar Al Qureshi, administrative office head of the Saudi Arabian Embassy in India, delivered the keynote address.
U. Mohammed, former Principal of Farook College; and A. Kuttialikutty, Principal of Farook College, spoke.
Abdurahman Fouzan, Arabic professor from King Saud University, Riyadh, inaugurated an exhibition portraying the tradition and heritage of the Arabic language.
Hundreds of people from Kozhikode and neighbouring district visited the exhibition.
Rare collections of Arabic books, manuscripts, newspapers, magazines, journals, Arabic literary works of Indian authors, calligraphy, and Koran copies were on display at the college.
Muhammad al-Sheikh, director of Arabic for All, a Riyadh-based organisation promoting the Arabic language, inaugurated the valedictory meeting.
International Arabic Day is celebrated worldwide on December 18 after the United Nations recognised the Arabic language on December 18, 1973. Arabic enjoys equal status with English, French, Chinese, Russian and Spanish.
“Arabic is one of the most articulate languages in terms of its vast and comprehensive vocabulary, consistency of literary styles and being a living language with applications covering all aspects of the modern life,” said Husain Madavoor, Principal of Rouzathul Uloom Arabic College, welcoming the gathering.

നേരക്കുറികള് / ഹുംറ ഖുറൈശി
ആ ചെറുപ്പക്കാര്ക്ക് പിന്നീട് എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടാവും? കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒരാഴ്ചയായി ഞാന് ആലോചിക്കുന്നത് അവരെക്കുറിച്ചാണ്. ഹൈദരാബാദിലെ മക്കാ മസ്ജിദില് 2007 മേയ് 18ന് നടന്ന ഉഗ്രസ്ഫോടനങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് അന്ന് പൊലീസ് രാജ്യത്തിന്റെ വിവിധ ഭാഗങ്ങളില്നിന്ന് പിടികൂടിയത് 26 ചെറുപ്പക്കാരെയാണ്. ഇപ്പോള് നീണ്ട മൂന്നു വര്ഷങ്ങള്ക്കുശേഷം സി.ബി.ഐ കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു, ആ സ്ഫോടനങ്ങള്ക്കുപിന്നില് പ്രവര്ത്തിച്ചത് ഒരു സംഘം ഹിന്ദുത്വ തീവ്രവാദികളായിരുന്നുവെന്ന്.
വലതുപക്ഷ തീവ്ര ഹിന്ദുത്വ സംഘടനയായ 'അഭിനവ് ഭാരത്' ആണ് 16 പേരുടെ മരണത്തിനിടയാക്കിയ ഹൈദരാബാദ് മക്കാമസ്ജിദിലെ സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെയും മൂന്നു പേരുടെ മരണത്തിനിടയാക്കിയ അജ്മീര് ദര്ഗ സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെയും പിന്നില് എന്നതിനു തെളിവുകള് ലഭിച്ചതായി ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി പി. ചിദംബരം തന്നെ ചാനല്ചര്ച്ചയില് പറയുന്നതു കേട്ടു.
അഭിനവ്ഭാരത് പ്രവര്ത്തകന് ലോകേശ്ശര്മയെ അജ്മീര്സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെ ആസൂത്രണത്തില് പങ്കാളിയായതിന് രാജസ്ഥാന് ഭീകര വിരുദ്ധ സ്ക്വാഡ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തതോടെയാണ് സ്ഫോടനരഹസ്യങ്ങളുടെ ചുരുളഴിഞ്ഞത്. അജ്മീര് സ്ഫോടനക്കേസില് ആദ്യം അറസ്റ്റിലായ ദേവേന്ദ്ര ഗുപ്തക്കും ഹിന്ദുത്വ തീവ്രവാദ സംഘടനയായ അഭിനവ്ഭാരതുമായി ബന്ധമുണ്ടെന്ന് രാജസ്ഥാന് എ.ടി.എസ് കണ്ടെത്തി. ആര്.എസ്.എസ് മുന് പ്രചാരകും മധ്യപ്രദേശിലെ അഭിനവ് ഭാരത് അംഗവുമായ സുശീല്ജോഷിയാണ് അജ്മീര് സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യ ആസൂത്രകനെന്നും ഇപ്പോള് അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥര് കണ്ടെത്തിയിരിക്കുന്നു. അജ്മീര്, മക്ക മസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനങ്ങള്ക്കുപിന്നില് ഹിന്ദുത്വ തീവ്രവാദികളാണെന്നു വ്യക്തമായതായി കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ച രാജ്യത്തെ പരമോന്നത കുറ്റാന്വേഷണ ഏജന്സിയായ സി.ബി.ഐയുടെ മേധാവി അശ്വനികുമാറും പറയുന്നു.
പക്ഷേ, ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി പി.ചിദംബരമോ അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ പറയാതെപോയത്, ഈ സ്ഫോടനങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് പൊലീസ് വേട്ടയാടിയ നിരപരാധികളെക്കുറിച്ചാണ്. അന്ന് മുംബൈയിലും ദല്ഹിയിലും ഹൈദരാബാദിലും അറസ്റ്റിലായ, ബോംബ്സ്ഫോടനത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദികളെന്ന് പൊലീസ് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്ക്ക് പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയ ആ 26 മുസ്ലിം ചെറുപ്പക്കാരുടെ ജീവിതത്തില് പിന്നീട് എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചെന്ന് ഒരു മാധ്യമവും അന്വേഷിച്ചു കണ്ടില്ല. വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച നമസ്കാരത്തിനായി നൂറുകണക്കിനാളുകള് ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്ന പള്ളി ബോംബ്സ്ഫോടനത്തിലൂടെ തകര്ത്ത് 18 പേരെ വകവരുത്തിയവരെന്ന് മുദ്രകുത്തപ്പെട്ട ആ യുവാക്കളുടെ നഷ്ടമായിപ്പോയ ജീവിതം ആര്ക്കാണ് തിരിച്ചുനല്കാന് കഴിയുക? ദിവസങ്ങളോളം തടവറയില് പൊലീസിന്റെ ക്രൂരപീഡനത്തിനിരയായ, ആ നിരപരാധികളോട് ഒരു ഭരണാധികാരിയും ഔപചാരികതയുടെ പേരില്പോലും ഒരു മാപ്പപേക്ഷ നടത്താന് പോകുന്നില്ല.
അവരില് പലരും ദരിദ്രകുടുംബങ്ങളില് നിന്നുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു. ഈ സ്വതന്ത്ര-ജനാധിപത്യരാഷ്ട്രത്തില് ജനിച്ചു വളര്ന്ന് എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊരു ജോലി നേടി സ്വന്തം കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പട്ടിണി മാറ്റണമെന്ന മോഹത്തോടെ ഇറങ്ങിത്തിരിച്ച ചില പാവം യുവാക്കളും പെട്ടുപോയിരുന്നു പൊലീസിന്റെ ഭീകരവിരുദ്ധ വേട്ടയില്. മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനത്തിനുപിന്നില് ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് ആസ്ഥാനമായ ഹര്കത്തുല്ജിഹാദില് ഇസ്ലാമിയും പാക് ചാരസംഘടനയായ ഐ.എസ്.ഐയുമാണെന്നാണ് സ്ഫോടനം കഴിഞ്ഞയുടന് പൊലീസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞത്. ശാഹിദ് എന്ന ഹൈദരാബാദുകാരന് യുവാവാണ് സ്ഫോടനങ്ങള് ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതെന്നും ശാഹിദിന്റെ രണ്ട് സഹോദരന്മാരും അതിന് സഹായിച്ചെന്നും പിടിയിലായ പ്രതികള് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിച്ചെന്നും പൊലീസ് അന്ന് തീര്ത്തു പറഞ്ഞു. നമ്മുടെ ദേശീയ പത്രങ്ങളുടെ പഴയ പേജുകള് പരതിയാല്, കാണാം വലിയ തലക്കെട്ടുകളില് ആ വാര്ത്തകള്.
2008 ജനുവരി 12ന് ദേശീയപത്രങ്ങളില് പൊലീസ് നല്കിയ വാര്ത്ത ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു: മക്കാമസ്ജിദിലും അജ്മീറിലും സ്ഫോടനത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് ഒരേതരം ബോംബുകളാണ്. 'ഹുജി'ഭീകരനായ അബൂഹംസയാണ് അവ നിര്മിച്ചത്. അവ നഗരത്തില് എത്തിച്ചത് ശൈഖ് അബ്ദുന്നഈം ആണ്.
മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യ ആസൂത്രകരില് ഒരാളായ ശുഐബ് ജാഗീര്ദാരിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തതായി 2007 മേയ് 25ന് മുംബൈ പൊലീസ് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. 2007 സെപ്റ്റംബര് രണ്ടിന് ഇതേ സ്ഫോടനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നാലു യുവാക്കളെ ദല്ഹിയില് പിടികൂടിയതായി ദല്ഹി പൊലീസും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. 15 മുസ്ലിംയുവാക്കളാണ് ഹൈദരാബാദ് മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും അവരില് സ്ഫോടകവസ്തു ബംഗ്ലാദേശില്നിന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെത്തിച്ച നാലുപേരാണ് പിടിയിലായതെന്നും പിടിയിലായവര് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിച്ചെന്നും ദല്ഹി പൊലീസ് അന്ന് തറപ്പിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു. ഹൈദരാബാദ് പൊലീസ് കമീഷണര് ബല്വീന്ദര്സിങ് തന്നെ 2007 ല് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്ക്കു മുന്നിലെത്തി ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള് വിശദീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഹൈദരാബാദില് സ്ഫോടനക്കേസ് വളച്ചൊടിച്ച അന്നത്തെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പങ്ക് അടക്കം ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി സമഗ്ര പുനരന്വേഷണം വേണമെന്നാണ് മുസ്ലിം സംഘടനകളുടെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ആവശ്യം.
അന്നു പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടി ഭീകരരാക്കിയ യുവാക്കള് ഇപ്പോഴും ഏതെങ്കിലും തടവറകളില് നരകയാതന അനുഭവിക്കുകയാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. ഏത് അപകടങ്ങളില്പ്പെടുന്നവര്ക്കും നമ്മുടെ ഭരണകൂടങ്ങള് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്കാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ, ഭീകരരെന്ന സംശയത്തില് പൊലീസിന്റെയും അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും കൊടിയ പീഡനങ്ങള്ക്കു വിധേയരായി ജീവിതം നഷ്ടമായ നൂറുകണക്കിന് നിരപരാധികളുണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്ത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒന്നര പതിറ്റാണ്ടിനിടെ നൂറുകണക്കിന് മുസ്ലിം ചെറുപ്പക്കാര് ഭീകരമുദ്ര കുത്തി തടവറകളിലായി. ഇവരില് പലരും നിരപരാധികളെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായതിന്റെ പേരില് പിന്നീട് മോചിതരായി. പക്ഷേ, അപ്പോഴേക്കും അവരുടെ ജീവിതം വീണ്ടെടുക്കാനാവാത്തവിധം തകര്ന്നു പോയിരുന്നു. നക്സല് അനുഭാവികളെന്ന പേരിലും കശ്മീര് വിഘടനവാദികളെന്ന പേരിലും നിരപരാധികള് പീഡിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒരുകാലത്ത് സിഖ് ഭീകരര് എന്ന മുദ്രയാണ് നാം ഒരു സമുദായത്തിനാകെ കല്പ്പിച്ചു കൊടുത്തത്. ഇത്തരം പീഡനങ്ങള്ക്കിരയായി മോചിതരാകുന്ന നിരപരാധികള്ക്ക് പേരിനെങ്കിലും ഒരു നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്കാന് നമ്മുടെ ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി തയാറാകുമോ? വേണ്ട, തടവറയുടെ ഇരുട്ടില് പൊലീസിന്റെ മൂന്നാംമുറക്കു വിധേയരാവുന്ന നിരപരാധികള്ക്ക് പിന്നീട് സാധാരണനിലയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിവരാന് ഒരു കൗണ്സലിങ് എങ്കിലും നല്കണമെന്ന ന്യായമായ ആവശ്യം നമ്മുടെ പൗരാവകാശസംഘടനകളൊന്നും ഉന്നയിക്കാത്തതെന്തേ?

പക്ഷേ, ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി പി.ചിദംബരമോ അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരോ പറയാതെപോയത്, ഈ സ്ഫോടനങ്ങളുടെ പേരില് പൊലീസ് വേട്ടയാടിയ നിരപരാധികളെക്കുറിച്ചാണ്. അന്ന് മുംബൈയിലും ദല്ഹിയിലും ഹൈദരാബാദിലും അറസ്റ്റിലായ, ബോംബ്സ്ഫോടനത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദികളെന്ന് പൊലീസ് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്ക്ക് പരിചയപ്പെടുത്തിയ ആ 26 മുസ്ലിം ചെറുപ്പക്കാരുടെ ജീവിതത്തില് പിന്നീട് എന്തു സംഭവിച്ചെന്ന് ഒരു മാധ്യമവും അന്വേഷിച്ചു കണ്ടില്ല. വെള്ളിയാഴ്ച നമസ്കാരത്തിനായി നൂറുകണക്കിനാളുകള് ഒന്നിച്ചിരുന്ന പള്ളി ബോംബ്സ്ഫോടനത്തിലൂടെ തകര്ത്ത് 18 പേരെ വകവരുത്തിയവരെന്ന് മുദ്രകുത്തപ്പെട്ട ആ യുവാക്കളുടെ നഷ്ടമായിപ്പോയ ജീവിതം ആര്ക്കാണ് തിരിച്ചുനല്കാന് കഴിയുക? ദിവസങ്ങളോളം തടവറയില് പൊലീസിന്റെ ക്രൂരപീഡനത്തിനിരയായ, ആ നിരപരാധികളോട് ഒരു ഭരണാധികാരിയും ഔപചാരികതയുടെ പേരില്പോലും ഒരു മാപ്പപേക്ഷ നടത്താന് പോകുന്നില്ല.
അവരില് പലരും ദരിദ്രകുടുംബങ്ങളില് നിന്നുള്ളവരായിരുന്നു. ഈ സ്വതന്ത്ര-ജനാധിപത്യരാഷ്ട്രത്തില് ജനിച്ചു വളര്ന്ന് എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊരു ജോലി നേടി സ്വന്തം കുടുംബത്തിന്റെ പട്ടിണി മാറ്റണമെന്ന മോഹത്തോടെ ഇറങ്ങിത്തിരിച്ച ചില പാവം യുവാക്കളും പെട്ടുപോയിരുന്നു പൊലീസിന്റെ ഭീകരവിരുദ്ധ വേട്ടയില്. മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനത്തിനുപിന്നില് ബംഗ്ലാദേശ് ആസ്ഥാനമായ ഹര്കത്തുല്ജിഹാദില് ഇസ്ലാമിയും പാക് ചാരസംഘടനയായ ഐ.എസ്.ഐയുമാണെന്നാണ് സ്ഫോടനം കഴിഞ്ഞയുടന് പൊലീസ് ഉറപ്പിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞത്. ശാഹിദ് എന്ന ഹൈദരാബാദുകാരന് യുവാവാണ് സ്ഫോടനങ്ങള് ആസൂത്രണം ചെയ്തതെന്നും ശാഹിദിന്റെ രണ്ട് സഹോദരന്മാരും അതിന് സഹായിച്ചെന്നും പിടിയിലായ പ്രതികള് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിച്ചെന്നും പൊലീസ് അന്ന് തീര്ത്തു പറഞ്ഞു. നമ്മുടെ ദേശീയ പത്രങ്ങളുടെ പഴയ പേജുകള് പരതിയാല്, കാണാം വലിയ തലക്കെട്ടുകളില് ആ വാര്ത്തകള്.
2008 ജനുവരി 12ന് ദേശീയപത്രങ്ങളില് പൊലീസ് നല്കിയ വാര്ത്ത ഇങ്ങനെയായിരുന്നു: മക്കാമസ്ജിദിലും അജ്മീറിലും സ്ഫോടനത്തിന് ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് ഒരേതരം ബോംബുകളാണ്. 'ഹുജി'ഭീകരനായ അബൂഹംസയാണ് അവ നിര്മിച്ചത്. അവ നഗരത്തില് എത്തിച്ചത് ശൈഖ് അബ്ദുന്നഈം ആണ്.
മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനത്തിന്റെ മുഖ്യ ആസൂത്രകരില് ഒരാളായ ശുഐബ് ജാഗീര്ദാരിനെ അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തതായി 2007 മേയ് 25ന് മുംബൈ പൊലീസ് അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. 2007 സെപ്റ്റംബര് രണ്ടിന് ഇതേ സ്ഫോടനവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് നാലു യുവാക്കളെ ദല്ഹിയില് പിടികൂടിയതായി ദല്ഹി പൊലീസും അവകാശപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നു. 15 മുസ്ലിംയുവാക്കളാണ് ഹൈദരാബാദ് മക്കാമസ്ജിദ് സ്ഫോടനം നടത്തിയതെന്നും അവരില് സ്ഫോടകവസ്തു ബംഗ്ലാദേശില്നിന്ന് ഇന്ത്യയിലെത്തിച്ച നാലുപേരാണ് പിടിയിലായതെന്നും പിടിയിലായവര് കുറ്റം സമ്മതിച്ചെന്നും ദല്ഹി പൊലീസ് അന്ന് തറപ്പിച്ചുപറഞ്ഞു. ഹൈദരാബാദ് പൊലീസ് കമീഷണര് ബല്വീന്ദര്സിങ് തന്നെ 2007 ല് മാധ്യമങ്ങള്ക്കു മുന്നിലെത്തി ഇക്കാര്യങ്ങള് വിശദീകരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഹൈദരാബാദില് സ്ഫോടനക്കേസ് വളച്ചൊടിച്ച അന്നത്തെ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെ പങ്ക് അടക്കം ഉള്പ്പെടുത്തി സമഗ്ര പുനരന്വേഷണം വേണമെന്നാണ് മുസ്ലിം സംഘടനകളുടെ ഇപ്പോഴത്തെ ആവശ്യം.
അന്നു പൊലീസ് പിടികൂടി ഭീകരരാക്കിയ യുവാക്കള് ഇപ്പോഴും ഏതെങ്കിലും തടവറകളില് നരകയാതന അനുഭവിക്കുകയാണോ എന്നറിയില്ല. ഏത് അപകടങ്ങളില്പ്പെടുന്നവര്ക്കും നമ്മുടെ ഭരണകൂടങ്ങള് നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്കാറുണ്ട്. പക്ഷേ, ഭീകരരെന്ന സംശയത്തില് പൊലീസിന്റെയും അന്വേഷണ ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരുടെയും കൊടിയ പീഡനങ്ങള്ക്കു വിധേയരായി ജീവിതം നഷ്ടമായ നൂറുകണക്കിന് നിരപരാധികളുണ്ട് നമ്മുടെ രാജ്യത്ത്. കഴിഞ്ഞ ഒന്നര പതിറ്റാണ്ടിനിടെ നൂറുകണക്കിന് മുസ്ലിം ചെറുപ്പക്കാര് ഭീകരമുദ്ര കുത്തി തടവറകളിലായി. ഇവരില് പലരും നിരപരാധികളെന്ന് വ്യക്തമായതിന്റെ പേരില് പിന്നീട് മോചിതരായി. പക്ഷേ, അപ്പോഴേക്കും അവരുടെ ജീവിതം വീണ്ടെടുക്കാനാവാത്തവിധം തകര്ന്നു പോയിരുന്നു. നക്സല് അനുഭാവികളെന്ന പേരിലും കശ്മീര് വിഘടനവാദികളെന്ന പേരിലും നിരപരാധികള് പീഡിപ്പിക്കപ്പെടുന്നു. ഒരുകാലത്ത് സിഖ് ഭീകരര് എന്ന മുദ്രയാണ് നാം ഒരു സമുദായത്തിനാകെ കല്പ്പിച്ചു കൊടുത്തത്. ഇത്തരം പീഡനങ്ങള്ക്കിരയായി മോചിതരാകുന്ന നിരപരാധികള്ക്ക് പേരിനെങ്കിലും ഒരു നഷ്ടപരിഹാരം നല്കാന് നമ്മുടെ ആഭ്യന്തരമന്ത്രി തയാറാകുമോ? വേണ്ട, തടവറയുടെ ഇരുട്ടില് പൊലീസിന്റെ മൂന്നാംമുറക്കു വിധേയരാവുന്ന നിരപരാധികള്ക്ക് പിന്നീട് സാധാരണനിലയിലേക്ക് മടങ്ങിവരാന് ഒരു കൗണ്സലിങ് എങ്കിലും നല്കണമെന്ന ന്യായമായ ആവശ്യം നമ്മുടെ പൗരാവകാശസംഘടനകളൊന്നും ഉന്നയിക്കാത്തതെന്തേ?
